On December 22, 2023, Building Inspector Amsbaugh reported that ice barrier underlayment is not required in Knob Noster, Missouri. The City plans to adopt the 2018 IRC in 2024 and Inspector Amsbaugh indicated that ice barrier underlayment could change when that occurs.
